Terms & Conditions – S.G.P Paranormal Events
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your event.
1. Age Restriction
All events are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photographic ID may be requested upon arrival.
2. Alcohol & Substance Policy
S.G.P Paranormal operates a strict no alcohol and no drugs policy. Any guest deemed to be under the influence will be refused entry or asked to leave the event immediately without refund.
3. Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that S.G.P Paranormal cancels an event, guests will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative date or event.
4. Respect for Venues
Many of the locations we investigate are historic and contain valuable or delicate items. Guests must treat all venues and their contents with respect at all times.
5. Pregnancy Advisory
Due to the nature of our events, we do not recommend attendance for those who are pregnant.
6. Suitable Footwear
Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear, as venues may include uneven flooring, low lighting, and restricted access areas.
7. Personal Equipment
Guests are welcome to bring their own paranormal investigation equipment for use during the event.
8. Respect for Others
We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. All guests are expected to respect others’ experiences, opinions, and interpretations of paranormal activity.
9. Ticketing & Event Information
We operate a paperless ticket system. Full event details will be sent via email during the week of the event.
10. Booking Fees
All ticket prices include a 3% booking fee.
11. Payment Terms
Any remaining balances must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your booking and space.

12. Assumption of Risk
By attending an S.G.P Paranormal event, you acknowledge that participation may involve low lighting, uneven surfaces, confined spaces, and potentially unsettling environments. You accept full responsibility for your personal safety and wellbeing throughout the event.
13. Personal Liability
S.G.P Paranormal, its organisers, team members, and venue partners accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.
14. Medical Conditions
Guests attend at their own discretion and are responsible for assessing their physical and mental suitability. If you have any medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, anxiety, or mobility issues), please consider carefully before booking.
15. Emotional & Psychological Experience
Paranormal events can be immersive and, at times, intense. S.G.P Paranormal accepts no responsibility for any emotional or psychological effects experienced during or after the event.
16. Compliance with Instructions
All guests must follow instructions given by the S.G.P Paranormal team and venue staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
17. Damage to Property
Any damage caused to venues or their contents by a guest (whether intentional or through negligence) may result in that guest being held financially responsible.
18. Event Changes
S.G.P Paranormal reserves the right to amend event formats, timings, or activities where necessary for operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
19. Force Majeure
S.G.P Paranormal shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen events.
